Experience working independently or in a team setting. Possible future management training. Provide administrative support and assistance. Perform general office work including answering phones, handling mail and correspondence, data entry, maintaining accurate files, preparing reports, maintaining budgets using Quickbooks. Proficient computer skills (Windows based programs i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Quickbooks, AutoCAD a plus). Organization and prioritization skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
